Xintong Song

Xintong Song primarily practices in the area of commercial litigation. She handles complex commercial litigation involving breach of contract, breach of non-compete agreement, fraudulent transfer, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty, executive compensation, business ownership disputes, and property tax. She assists clients in various litigation matters, including research and preparing motions, briefs, and other pleadings. She also provides insurance coverage opinion, and advises clients on corporate law, employment law, and intellectual property law.

Ms. Song is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, and a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US & CIPP/Europe). She earned a Bachelor of Laws degree in China and passed the Chinese Bar in 2016.
