Michael Raeder practices primarily in the areas of general litigation and insurance defense. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He assists both domestic and international clients in a broad range of litigation matters. The primary focus of Mr. Raeder’s practice is the representation of corporations, insurance companies, and their insureds in both Federal and State courts across Texas. Mr. Raeder has extensive successful trial experience in Texas Federal and State Courts. Mr. Raeder has experience representing and advising insurance companies and their insureds in first and third-party claims including both property and personal injury-related claims. Mr. Raeder also has extensive experience defending entities in the field of Texas Workers’ Compensation. Mr. Raeder is admitted to the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.
