Jim Creel has practiced in the area of tax law and estate planning and probate for over 40 years. He routinely advises individuals as well as corporations and other business entities concerning the tax implications of business transactions. He also works with individuals and families in estate planning matters.

Mr. Creel is Board Certified in Tax Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization – a mark of excellence and distinguishing accomplishment achieved by fewer than 10% of practicing attorneys in Texas. To achieve board certification, Mr. Creel was required to pass a rigorous examination and demonstrate extensive expertise and knowledge in his specialty area. He must also engage in a continuous course of study in his specialty. Mr. Creel is a Certified Public Accountant.
