Carter Ferguson has practiced for over 40 years in the area of corporate law, real estate, insurance coverage and litigation, and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in general corporate matters and business transactions, including corporate governance, commercial contracts, compliance, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and dissolution. He also advises clients regarding entity selection and formation.
Mr. Ferguson has successfully represented public corporations, private entities, and individuals in a wide variety of commercial litigation. He has represented domestic and international insurers, including Underwriters participating in the Lloyd’s of London insurance market, in federal and state courts throughout the State of Texas. Mr. Ferguson also serves as coverage counsel for domestic and international insurers.
