Amanda B. Hernandez

Amanda Hernandez practices primarily in the areas of commercial real estate, banking, estate planning and probate, creditor rights and bankruptcy. She represents businesses and individuals in a wide range of commercial transactions, including the formation of business entities, asset sales and acquisitions, and general contract negotiation, preparation and enforcement.

 

Ms. Hernandez advises individuals and families in matters involving estate planning and probate. She also represents both creditors and debtors in complex bankruptcy litigation, business reorganizations and creditor rights proceedings and has significant experience negotiating asset sales and restructuring commercial financing with national banks and private lenders.

 

Ms. Hernandez is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization – a mark of excellence and distinguishing accomplishment achieved by fewer than 10% of practicing attorneys in Texas. To achieve board certification, she was required to pass a rigorous examination and demonstrate extensive expertise and knowledge in her specialty area. She also must engage in a continuous course of study in her specialty.
